CDC Exempts Unaccompanied Children from Title 42 Policy Based on Public Health Reassessment

CDC order implemented 3/11/22, terminating with respect to unaccompanied children (UC) its prior order on Title 42 expulsions. The termination follows a public health reassessment and addresses a recent district court preliminary injunction enjoining the CDC from enforcing its temporary exception of UC from the Title 42 order.
