CIS Ombudsman Issues Alert on USCIS’s Intake Process for Form I-914
The CIS Ombudsman issued an alert on USCIS’s rejection of Form I-914, Application for T Nonimmigrant Status, and Form I-914, Supplement A, Application for Family Member of T-1 Recipient, for incompleteness. The alert notes that forms submitted without every field completed, unless the field is optional according to the form text or form instructions, will be rejected.
