Recap from CIS Ombudsman’s Teleconference on Consular Returns
The CIS Ombudsman’s Office provides a recap from the 10/28/15 teleconference regarding DOS consular returns to USCIS. USCIS stated it tries to respond within 120 days after a response to a NOIR is received. Expedite is possible and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
