CIS Ombudsman’s Recommendation to USCIS Regarding O Petitions

CIS Ombudsman’s 6/30/06 recommendation that USCIS amend O petition rules to facilitate “extraordinary ability” immigrant employment by extending the maximum initial validity from three to five years and increase the maximum extension length from one to five years.
