AILA Submits Comments on Third-Party Attendance at Appointments for Passport, CBRA, and Certain Other Services

AILA’s DOS Committee submitted a comment to a DOS NPRM on third party attendance for passport, CRBA and certain other services, urging DOS to ensure that the rule protect against unauthorized practice of law and to expand attorney access to visa appointments.
