Members of Congress Send Letter to DHS Acting Secretary Concerning Appointment of Ken Cuccinelli as USCIS Acting Director
On 6/18/19, members of Congress sent a letter to DHS Acting Secretary McAleenan expressing concern that the appointment of Ken Cuccinelli as Acting Director of USCIS circumvents the Federal Vacancies Reform Act and requesting a briefing as well as documentation on his appointment.
