INS Rule on Ports of Entry Accepting Applications to Enter U.S.

INS final rule adds Daytona, FL, and Memphis, TN, as POEs where, except for transit from one part of foreign contiguous territory to another part of the same territory, an alien must make application for admission to the U.S. for direct transit without visa. (60 FR 49195, 9/22/95)
