DHS Adds 13 New Sites for US-VISIT Exit Pilot Programs

DHS rule, effective 8/3/04, expanding to 15 the sites in which it is testing various methods of obtaining biometric identifiers and other information from foreign nationals departing the US. US-VISIT will complete its pilot program evaluation by 11/30/04. (69 FR 46556, 8/3/04)
