USCIS Proposed Rule to Lift Regulatory Response Times for RFEs and NOIDs

USCIS proposed rule will remove the fixed regulatory time limitations on responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs). Deadlines will be set on a case-by-case basis. The rule is designed to reduce case processing time. (69 FR 69549, 11/30/04)
