USCIS Adjusts Filing Fees for AAO Appeals and MTRs

USCIS adjusts filing fees for appeals of, and motions to reopen or reconsider, any decision under immigration laws in any proceedings other than BIA appeals under 8 CFR 1003.1(b). This fee adjustment applies to the types of cases under AAO jurisdiction. (70 FR 50954, 8/29/05)
