DHS/CBP Issues Notice of Revision to and Expansion of Privacy Act System of Records

DHS revises and expands the Privacy Act records system to create a database for biometric and biographic data of those who voluntarily exchange the information for expedited transit at U.S. border entry points. Revised system to be effective 5/22/06. (71 FR 20708, 4/21/06)
