USCIS Final Rule on Civil Monetary Penalties Assessed under the INA

USCIS final rule amending regulations to adjust for inflation certain civil monetary penalties assessed under the INA. The rule also amends DOJ regulations to eliminate duplicative language and to substitute cross-references to relevant regulations. (76 FR 74625, 12/1/11)
