DHS Termination of the Designation of Nepal for Temporary Protected Status

DHS notice that DHS Secretary Kristi Noem is terminating the designation of Nepal for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The designation is set to expire on 6/24/25. The termination effective 8/5/25, after which nationals of Nepal (and people with no nationality who last habitually resided in Nepal) who have been granted TPS under Nepal's designation will no longer have TPS.
