DHS Termination of the Designation of Haiti for Temporary Protected Status
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) notice that DHS Secretary Kristi Noem is terminating the designation of Haiti for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The designation of Haiti is set to expire on 8/3/25. This termination is effective 9/2/25, after which nationals of Haiti (and people with no nationality who last habitually resided in Haiti) who have been granted TPS under Haiti's designation will no longer have TPS.
