DHS Notice of Termination of Temporary Protected Status for Haiti

DHS notice that DHS Secretary is terminating the designation of Haiti for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). Termination will be effective 2/3/26, after which nationals of Haiti (and stateless individuals who last habitually resided in Haiti) who have been granted TPS under this designation will no longer have TPS or related benefits. EADs issued under this designation will also expire 2/3/26. (90 FR 54733, 11/28/25)
