DHS notice that DHS Secretary is terminating the designation of Somalia for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). Termination will be effective 3/17/26, after which nationals of Somalia (and stateless individuals who last habitually resided in Somalia) who have been granted TPS under this designation will no longer have TPS or related benefits. EADs issued under this designation will also expire 3/17/26. (91 FR 1547, 1/14/26)
