INS Proposes Administrative Denaturalization Rule

INS proposed amendments, dated 7/28/94, to the revocation of naturalization regulations, creating an administrative process whereby a district director may reopen and reconsider applications for naturalization pursuant to section 340(i) of the Act. Comments are due by 9/26/94.
