DHS Announces New Deputy Director of ICE

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem issued a statement announcing Charles Wall as the new Deputy Director of ICE. Previously, Mr. Wall served as ICE's Principal Legal Advisor and has been at ICE since 2012.
