New DHS/DOL MOU Concerning Worksite Enforcement Activities

A 3/31/11 memorandum of understanding (MOU) between DOL and DHS which specifies that ICE will not investigate worksites where DOL is conducting an investigation, or where there is an ongoing labor dispute, unless there is an independent, supervening cause.
