DHS final rule amending DHS regulations to permanently increase the automatic extension period for expiring employment authorization and/or EADs for certain renewal applicants who timely filed Form I-765, from up to 18- days to up to 540 days. Rule is effective 1/13/25. (89 FR 101208, 12/13/24)
