DHS Issues New Class of Admission for Parolees

DHS issued a new class of admissions known as Western Hemisphere Parole. Individuals can be paroled into the United States on a case-by-case basis for up to three years and are not employment authorized incident to their parole. Parolees may have more than one valid immigration status or category.
