DHS Issues Waiver to Expedite Border Construction Projects in San Diego Area

DHS is waiving certain laws, regulations, and other legal requirements to ensure the expeditious construction of barriers and roads in the vicinity of the southwest border near San Diego, as outlined in EO 13767 and continues to take steps to immediately plan, design, and construct a border wall.
