DHS notice terminating categorical Family Reunification Parole processes for people from Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, and Honduras and their immediate family members, effective 12/15/25. Parole under these programs will terminate no later than 1/14/26, unless individuals have a pending Form I-485 postmarked or e-filed by 12/15/25. In those cases, their parole will last until it expires or the final adjudication of the Form I-485, whichever is first. DHS secretary may also determine exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
