DHS Notice of Termination of Temporary Protected Status for South Sudan
DHS notice that DHS Secretary is terminating the designation of South Sudan for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The designation was set to expire on 11/3/25. Termination will be effective 1/5/26, after which nationals of South Sudan (and stateless individuals who last habitually resided in South Sudan) who have been granted TPS under this designation will no longer have Temporary Protected Status.
