DHS Press Release Reminding Honduran and Nicaraguans to Re-register for TPS by 1/3/05

Applicants must submit both Form I-765 and I-821 to the Chicago lockbox. Photos are not required upon submission, and no filing fee is required for the I-765 if the applicant does not seek an EAD. Waivers are available for the EAD fee, but not for the biometric fee.
