DHS Provides Updated Policy and Guidelines for the Use of Classified Information in Immigration Proceedings

DHS issued updated policy and guidelines governing its use of classified information in immigration proceedings. It supersedes a 2004 memo and is issued as a matter of discretion and creates no private right of action or other judicially or administratively enforceable right, etc.
