DHS Publishes Privacy Impact Assessment for the CBP Link App

CBP conducted a Privacy Impact Assessment to address privacy risks associated with the collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of information through the CBP Link application. This public-facing application, formerly named CBP One, offers functionalities for various groups, including members of the public, brokers, carriers, operators, and DHS personnel.
