MOU Between SSA, DHS and Employers Regarding Employer Participation in E-Verify

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets forth the points of agreement between the Social Security Administration (SSA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Employers regarding the Employer's participation in E-Verify.
