DHS to Publish IFR to Reduce Notice of Intent to Terminate Refugee Status to 10 Days

DHS is expected to publish an interim final rule on 10/14/26 to reduce the response period for a Notice of Intent to Terminate (NOIT) for refugees from 30 days to 10 days. The IFR will become effective immediately, and comments will be due 30 days after publication. An advance copy is available.
