DHS to Terminate Family Reunification Parole Processes
DHS announced it is terminating all categorical family reunification parole processes for individuals from Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, and Honduras and their immediate family members. Parole under these programs will expire 1/14/26 unless the individual has a pending Form I-485 postmarked or e-filed before 12/15/25. For individuals with pending I-485s, parole will remain valid until their parole period expires or until a final decision is made on their application, whichever is sooner.
An advance copy of the Federal Register notice, which will be published on 12/15/25, is available.
