DHS To Terminate Temporary Protected Status for Afghanistan

DHS Secretary Noem announced the termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Afghanistan. The TPS designation for the country expires on 5/20/25, and the termination will be effective on 7/14/25. The termination notice was published in the Federal Register on 5/13/25.
