DHS to Terminate Temporary Protected Status for Nepal

DHS announced the termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Nepal. The TPS designation for the country expires on 6/24/25, and the termination will be effective 8/5/25.

The termination notice is scheduled to be published in the Federal Register on 6/6/25. An advance copy is available.
