DOJ Advises on Consular Contacts/Exclusion

DOJ interim rule revises the list of countries with which the U.S. has existing treaties requiring immediate communication with appropriate consular or diplomatic officers whenever nationals of those countries are detained in exclusion or expulsion proceedings. (60 FR 16042, 3/29/95)
