DOJ Continues Reorganization of 8 CFR, Conforming Internal Citations

DOJ has issued a final rule effecting technical amendments to internal citations in new 8 CFR Chapter V (8 CFR was reorganized in a 2/28/03 rule to reflect the transfer of INS to Department of Homeland Security and the retention of EOIR within DOJ). (68 FR 10349, 3/5/03)
