DOJ Issues New Guidance for Quarterly FOIA Reporting

DOJ guidance stating that all agencies will be required to provide quarterly reporting of four key FOIA statistics to the Department of Justice, including number of requests received, processed, backlogged & ten overall oldest pending FOIA requests from previous fiscal year.
