OSC Provides 10 Steps to Prevent Discriminatory Practices
The Office of Special Council (OSC) for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices offers ten steps to follow in an effort to prevent discrimination. OSC also remind businesses that DHS will enforce laws for hiring unauthorized workers.
