Employer Compliance, Temporary Protected Status & Deferred Enforced Departure
DOJ provided information on EADs for TPS Nicaragua, stating that USCIS is automatically extending through 4/2/19, the validity of EADs with the category codes “A-12” or “C-19” and an expiration date of 1/5/18 or 1/5/19 that USCIS issued under the TPS designation of Nicaragua.
