DOL Proposes Amendment Requiring Electronic Filing for LCAs

DOL proposed rule amends H-1B regulations to require electronic filing for Labor Condition Applications. Other amendments include attestation obligations for H-1B dependent employers or who have committed willful violations of H-1B requirements. Comments due by 5/2/05. (70 FR 16774, 4/1/05)
