DOL 30-day notice and request for comments on proposed revisions to Form ETA-9142A, H-2A Application for Temporary Employment Certification, and related forms. A related notice was previously published at 83 FR 53911 on 10/25/18. Comments are due 7/1/19. (84 FR 25074, 5/30/19)

Note: DOL posted an announcement that it is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the current form, which is set to expire on 5/31/19, in one-month increments starting 6/1/19. Until OMB grants approval, employers are permitted to continue filing H-2A applications using the current form, including any approved one-month extensions, starting 6/1/19.
