DOL notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) which would require e-filing and make e-service automatic for attorneys or representatives in proceedings before the Administrative Review Board (ARB). The NPRM is a companion to the direct final rule published at 86 FR 1772. If DOL receives significant adverse comments in response to the direct final rule, this NPRM will provide the procedural framework to finalize the rule. Comments are due 2/10/21.
