DOL Notice of Agency Information Collection Activities for H–2B Foreign Labor Certification Program and Comment Request

The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) of the Department of Labor (DOL) issued a notice to announce that the Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) is soliciting comments on its proposed revisions to its information collection on H-2B forms. ETA seeks to renew Forms ETA–9142B as well as its Appendices A, B, C, and D and Final Determination, H–2B Seafood Industry Attestation, and related form instructions and eliminate Form ETA–9155, H–2B Registration and pertinent instructions.
