DOL Alert: Electronic Notification of PERM Letters

DOL alert that the Atlanta National Processing Center will begin issuing PERM notification letters and accepting certain audit responses and other responses via email beginning 12/1/16. Certified ETA Form 9089 PERM application letters will not be sent electronically.
