DOL Alert on Staggered Crossing of Seafood Industry H-2B Workers

DOL alert that the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014 included a provision permitting staggered entry of H-2B workers employed by employers in the seafood industry under certain conditions. Provision expires on 9/30/14.
