DOL Alert: May Continue to Use H-2A Forms with 2016 Expiration Dates

DOL Alert:

The forms for the H-2A program are currently in review for a three year extension. Notice of a second comment period, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, is expected to be published in the Federal Register in the coming weeks. The Chicago National Processing Center will continue to accept the current H-2A program form with 2016 extension dates, which may be extended in one month increments until the full three year extension is approved by OMB and the new forms are posted on our website and updated in the iCERT System.
