DOL Announces Delay of Effective Date on H-2B Wage Final Rule

DOL statement announcing the delay of the effective date of the 1/19/11 final rule, “Wage Methodology for the Temporary Non-agricultural Employment H-2B Program,” to address legislation that prohibits the use of funds to implement the rule for the remainder of FY2013.
