DOL Extends Comment Period for the H-2B Notice of Intent to Issue Declaratory Order

DOL notice that it is extending the public comment period on the Notice of Intent to Issue Declaratory Order (published in the Federal Register on 12/17/14, 79 FR 75179). DOL extended to comment period by 15 days, until 2/2/15 in order to provide the public with additional time to submit comments.
