DOL Extends Comment Period on Proposed H-2B Wage Rule

DOL announcement that it will publish a Federal Register notice extending the comment period on the proposed H-2B wage methodology rule in response to an 10/27/10 court order extending the deadline by which DOL must promulgate the final rule until 1/18/11.
