DOL FAQs to assist Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) employers with obtaining prevailing wages. On 11/28/09, the Consolidated Natural Resources Act of 2008 applied the INA to the CNMI. The Department will administer certain immigration programs on CNMI.
