DOL Provides Additional Guidance Regarding H-2Bs Based on Employer-Provided Surveys

DOL posted an alert stating that it will hold in abeyance the issuance of a supplemental PWD for any cases where the employer already received an H-2B certification based on an employer-provided survey as of the date of the issuance of the court’s order in CATA v. Perez (12/5/14).
