DOL No Longer Has Access to Employer Application Records Beyond Retention Period of Five Years

DOL alert that as of 10/25/13, it no longer has access to labor certifications with a final determination issuance date of 5 years or older and will not respond to inquiries to confirm priority dates, FOIAs, or requests for duplicate certifications with final determination dates in 2008 or earlier.
